Flow of the KMA service

 

Agency-Patient matching

1st

Patients are matched with KMA agency as follows.

1) Agency-patient matching in kma.healthcare
(kma.healthcare -> How to start -> Patient -> Agency-Patient matching)

2) KMA finds an agency that covers the patient's geographic area.

3) KMA sends an agency referral to the patient, and the agency refers the patient to the service.

Patient Registration

Patients register with KMA as follows. 

1) Register as a patient through KMA or KMA agency.

2) After registering, the patient can make inquiries and receive information related to KMA services.

Status Information &Budget Submission

1) The patient informs the agency of their health information and budget.

2) Agency sends health information and budget information to KMA using Google Form (patient's email, text, image, movie, ...)

3) KMA can request additional information, and the agency collects additional information from the patient and sends it to KMA.

Hospital Search/ Estimate Send

4th

1) KMA finds two or more hospitals that are suitable for the patient's condition received from the agency.

2) KMA sends the patient's condition information to the found hospitals and requests the appropriate treatment.

3) The hospitals find the most appropriate treatment for the patient and send an estimates back to KMA.

4) KMA decides on the best treatment and sends the estimates to the agency, which sends it to the patient.

5th

1) The patient decides on medical tourism in Korea after checking the treatment methods and estimates.

2) The patient proceeds with the necessary consent process for medical services through the agency and KMA.

3) The patient checks the treatment schedule and makes a reservation through the agency and KMA.

Visa Process /Ready to enter Korea

1) The patient arranges for a Korean visa on their own or with the help of an agency.

2) KMA sends an email to the patient with the requirements for medical tourism in Korea.

Arriving to Korea /Check in Hotel & Hospital

1) Patients can optionally utilize the KMA pick-up service upon arrival at the Korean airport.

2) After checking into the hotel, the patient can visit the hospital and check the medical schedule.

1) KMA is the patient's guardian and is committed to ensuring that the patient receives the best medical care.

2) In addition to medical services, we can provide numerous tourism services in Korea.

Payment /Return to Home Country

1) Pay the hospital for medical services and KMA for non-medical services

2) Until you return to your home country, KMA will make every effort to ensure you have a safe trip.
